IS Fusion was founded to solve a real engineering challenge: the need for a compact, intrinsically safe fuse that didn’t yet exist. Originally developed for an in-house electronic instrument design, our first IS-certified fuse filled a gap in the market – and laid the foundation for everything we do today.
We now design and manufacture a range of intrinsically safe fuse components, all certified to ATEX and IECEx standards and produced entirely in-house. From SMT and radial-lead designs to barrier network fuses, every component is built to deliver precision, performance, and compliance in hazardous-area applications.
